Any variation of the booked itinerary, involves a change of the costs agreed and must be communicated ahead of time so that we can accommodate your needs and not compromise our service to other clients.
• departures: - waiting time must be no more than 5/10 mins, this is included in the cost;
- further delay or itinerary variation will be charged extra and added to the previously agreed price.
•arrivals - drivers waiting time at airport is 1 hour (calculated in relation to landing and baggage claim);
- in case of a delay you are kindly invited to contact the driver by phone (there will be no extra costs added, it’s only to and make sure you have arrived);
Tips for booking :
travellers who arrive at the port in Civitavecchia and wish to transfer to the Fiumicino or Ciampino airports must allow 1h 15mins for the journey to the airports and 2h for the check in.
