Founded by the Franch in 1495, it bas preserved some traces of the beautiful post-gothic architecture, even though it bas been damaged several times through the centuries the side chapels are decorated with paintings byDaniele da Volterra, a pupil of Michelangelo's, in which the influence of the master is evident.
